SUMMER FEAST

We are holding a Summer Feast in the Garden this year on Sunday 15th June. There will be lots of entertainment for the children and refreshments for the adults. The theme for this year will be 'Fairies and Elves' and would ask that the children make every effort to dress up for this fun day.

COMMUNITY GAMES

Meath athletic finals will take place in Cushinstown on June 14th.Children who won gold and silver medals in Gormanston on last Friday will represent us in Cushinstown. Huge congratulations to Cian Cunningham on winning gold this morning in the u14 butterfly in Kells last week. Cian will now represent the parish in the All Ireland swimming finals in Athlone. Well done.

KNITTING GROUP

The new knitting & crochet group continues activities Thursday mornings from 10.30a.m. until 12 noon at the Sunflower Café in; why not go along and meet some fellow fans and perhaps learn a little or pass on your knowledge; for further info contact Eileen on 0867347789 or Margaret on 0868093711.

MARTIAL ARTS/SELF DEFENCE

Martial arts classes for children take place in the Community Hall in Julianstown on Wednesday and Friday evenings from 7 to 8p.m. New members always welcome. Also starting soon are self defence classes for women and fitness classes on Wednesday evenings. For further information ring Stephen on 0871186750.

COMMUNITY GARDEN

Tom has built a super BBQ in the Community Garden for everyone in the community to use. Just bring your own coals and sausages and have a picnic there during the summer. We also have some seesaws and slides which have been kindly donated to us.
