Elizabeth finds Mor

CUSHINSTOWN AC’s Elizabeth Morland and Donal Kearns both recorded personal best as they took part in the AAI Indoor Games in the new National Indoor Arena at Abbotstown over the weekend.

Morland clocked 7.71sec in the 60m and Kearns also ran a PB of 9.03sec in the 60m hurdles, while the club’s third representative Paul Keogan - who competed in the 400m at the Rio Paralympics - ran 7.92sec in the 60m and 25.14sec in the 200m.

Meanwhile, the new Fit4Life strength and Conditioning classes continue on Saturdays from 9.30am in the club. Members and non-members are all welcome.
