The Ladies Winter League sponsored by AIB Drogheda. is WEEK two of the Winter League took place last weekend and it was an 18 gross competition.
The Grade 1 winner was Sean Goggin with a score of 44. Grade 2 was won on the back nine by Marco Vogelaar after shooting level-par 54.
The hole-in-one competition is proving tricky for most, and it was carried over until this week, with hole numbers 2, 6 or 10 the ones to get.
There was no jackpot winner in last week’s club lotto. Numbers drawn were 2, 12, 14, & 17 and the lucky dip winners were Bobby Doyle, Marguerite Brady and The Devin Girls. The next draw will take place on Tuesday 14th, with a jackpot of €1,550.
The Winter League continues this coming weekend (week 3) and the competition will be an 18 nett. Times of play are Saturday at 1.30pm and Sunday at 10am.
