Time to name St Erc’s Terrace

St Erc’s Terrace in Slane should be given an entrance stone.

Clllr Paddy Meade has raised the issue, claiming the estate is the only one without a name plate.

‘They were supposed to have it 20 years ago and it didn’t happen’, he stated.

He asked council officials if they could organise a stone as the people there take great pride in their area.

The coucil said the resldents association usually get the stone and the council can provide a plinth for it.
