TABLE QUIZ
On Thursday 13th April (Holy Thursday) in the Carranstown Lodge Duleek. Tables of four cost €20 & everybody will be entered into a free draw. Proceeds will go to the Duleek Cardiac Response Group.
DARTS WIN
Congratulations to the Bellewstown Inn team who won the Darts B League final that took place in Maguire’s of Kentstown on Saturday night last, beating the Carranstown Inn team from Duleek. Members of the team included Bob Hanratty; Martin Flood; Frank Andrews; Peter Reilly; Henry Mallon; Martin Molloy; Alan O’Brien; Seamus Byrne; Gerard McHugh & Darren Heeney. Needless to say, the Cup was filled many times over the weekend.
DRIVE-IN BINGO
The next drive-in Bingo at Bellewstown Racecourse will take place this Sunday 9th April at 3p.m. There will be over €3,000 in prize money to be won and there will be tea and coffee at the interval.
COPD MEETING
Taking place this Friday 7th April at 2.30p.m. in the Cottage Hospital Drogheda. All welcome. One of the main aims of the Drogheda COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) Support Group is to be there for people who may be just coming to terms with their diagnosis and what it might entail and to help them face into the future.

The annual Open Scotch Foursomes gets under way this Wednesday 5th April at 10a.m. and continues until Sunday 9th April. Prizes in Ladies; Gents and Mixed competitions. Refreshments will be available all day every day during the event.

EASTER RAFFLE
Tickets for our Easter raffle are now on sale from all our responders. The draw will take place on Holy Thursday. Tickets cost €2 each, 3 for €5; 6 for €10 or a book of 10 tickets for €15. We provide a cardiac first response service alongside the National Ambulance Service within a 5km radius of Duleek including Donore & Bellewstown. We are a voluntary group and don’t receive any government funding so we are solely relying on support from the community. The Irish Cancer Society would like to thank all of the 42 Duleek/ Bellewstown Daffodil Ladies who gave their time to help raise monies for Daffodil Day and to each and every one of you who gave so generously to the collection a big thank you. You helped raise €3,588.39. for this great cause.
