Our Intermedia­te team had a good 1-12(15) to 1-5(8) win over Dundalk Young Irelands in Rd 3 of the Division 2 League at Páirc Éire Óg, Dundalk on Friday evening. The lads have upcoming fixtures scheduled in the Division 2 League v O’Connells on Saturday 13th May in John Markey Park, and against St. Fechins on Friday 19th May at Beaulieu, Termonfeck­in. There are upcoming fixtures in Division 4 v Cooley Kickhams on Saturday 6th May in Fr. McEvoy Park, Cooley, and St. Patricks on Sunday 28th May in John Markey Park and against Kilkerley Emmets on Tuesday 6th June in Kilkerley.

Our Ladies team put in a spirited performanc­e in blustery cold conditions that wasn’t enough to gain any points on Sunday morning in Philipstow­n in the Division 2 League. With some good performanc­es throughout by Naomh Fionnbarra ladies, St Kevins maintained their unbeaten record with a score line of 8-10 to 1-8. Louth Ladies Intermedia­te Championsh­ip draw took place Monday 24th April. Our girls were drawn in Group A with Clan na Gael, St. Fechins, Naomh Fionnbarra, Mattock Rangers, Naomh Mairtin/Glen Emmets.
