Offaly date for Kierans’ minors
LOUTH’S reward for a dramatic opening round win over Laois is a home tie against Offaly on Saturday week, May 20th.
The Faithful recorded an impressive 3-18 to 0-6 win over Wexford in the opening round and the Yellow Bellies have since fought their way back into the quarter-finals with a qualifier win over Wicklow.
Louth Saw off Laois in a marathon tussle in Portlaoise which should stand to Wayne Kierans’ men when they hosts Offaly in Drogheda.
Meanwhile in the U-16 Gerry Reilly tournament Louth have been draw in a group with Laois, Longford and hosts Meath.
They will face Laois in the firsrt round on the weekend of July 1st.
