FIRST COMMUNION
Congratulations to the 26 boys and girls in Scoil Naomh Feichin, who received the Sacrament of First Holy Communion in the Church of the Immaculate Conception last Saturday. It proved to be a very enjoyable day for them, their parents, teachers and Fr Aidan.
A big thank and well done to the parents’ association of Scoil Naomh Feichin for the fabulous refreshments provided afterwards. Next Saturday it will be the turn of the boys and girls in Scoil Mhuire gan Smal.
COMMUNITY GROUP
The Termonfeckin and District Community Group will hold an Open Public Meeting in Flynn’s on Wednesday, May 17, at 8 p.m. The meeting will highlight what work has been done to date and look at other issues that could be beneficial to our community.
ST FECHIN’S CONCERT
This is the last chance to get tickets for the St Fechin’s GAA Concert in the Kellogg Hall, An Grianan this Thursday, May 18, The concert will feature the Drogheda Male Voice Choir and guests. Tickets are €20 and are available from committee members, the Post Office and Forge Field Farm Shop.

ST FECHIN’S LOTTO
The numbers drawn were 2, 4, 6 and 20. There was no jackpot winner. The €100 winner was Tommy Brady. Winners of €20 were Jo Mooney, Brenda Kavanagh, Ronan Holcroft, Pauline Flynn and Niall McCullough. The jackpot this week is worth €5,200.
SUMMER CAMP
A summer Camp will be held in Scoil Naomh Feichin from July 3 to July 7, daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is open to all Primary Scoil children aged four to eight including those who are due to start school in September. Children, who do not attend the school are also welcome. There are many activities including games, sports, music, arts, crafts and lots more.

CASH FOR CLOBBER
The parents’ association of Scoil Naomh Feichin wish to thank all who contributed to their recent Cash for Clobber fundraiser. It proved to be a a very successful fundraising activity.
PEBBLE BEACH MONTESSORI

ADORATION
Eucharistic Adoration takes place on Monday evenings from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Church of the Immaculate Conception. Why not come and spend some quiet time in the presence of the Lord.
MAY ROSARY
The Rosary is being prayed at the various Grottos in the parish during the month of May. Next Thursday, May 18, the Rosary will be prayed at the Grotto in the grounds of Scoil Mhuire gan Smal at 7.30 p.m.
PASTORAL COUNCIL
The next meeting of the Parish Pastoral Council is on Wednesday, May 17, in the Parochial House at 7.30 p.m. This meeting will be the AGM so all members are asked to attend. There is an invitation to parishioners to attend and see what work has been undertaken by the Pastoral Council and to see what else be worked on in the coming years.
TENNIS

WHIST
Whist is held on Sunday nights at 8.30 p.m. in Sandpit Hall. If you are a regular player or would like to learn how to play whist, why not come along?

IMND BALL
Following on from the great success of last year’s summer Gala Ball we have decided to organise another Ball. The date for this year’s summer Gala Ball is Friday, June 23, in the renowned Headfort Arms Hotel, Kells, Co. Meath.
The evening commences with a Prosecco reception at 7.30 p.m. followed by dinner. We are thrilled to have Miriam O’Callaghan as our MC for the night and are delighted to welcome back the very talented Ronan Collins and his band to provide the music.
There will be a raffle and auction on the night, lots of spot prizes. We invite everybody to come along have a fabulous evening in beautiful surroundings and support a fantastic organisation.
