Seated exercise classes

A Seated Exercise class organised by Arthritis Ireland takes place every Monday at 7.30pm in Ballsgrove Community Centre at a cost of €4.

Aqua Aerobics takes place every Tuesday at 8pm and Thursday at 12pm in Energie Fitness Centre at a cost of € 5.

The Walking Group meets at 11am every Saturday in Oldbridge House. This walk is tailored to suit all levels.
