Roundabouts to be named

A proposal by Cllr Tom Kelly to name three roundabouts in the locality are to go to the protocol committee.

He wants the roundabout at Eastham Road to be named Triton roundabout and the roundabouts on the 6432 be named Colpe Roundabout (nearest to the shopping centre) and the Kirwan roundabout for the other one.

‘I think the people would recognise the names,’ he stated.
