ST COLMCILLES GOLF CLASSIC

The St Colmcilles golf classic will be held at Laytown & Bettystown golf club this Friday May 26th. The fee for a team of four is €300. €75 per person. For further information please contact James Kelly on 0872579003. Beach Management Committee Set Up It’s good to see that a beach management committee has been set up, Laytown, Bettystown and Mornington. The beach is a wonderful natural asset provided by nature. There is something for everyone and for all ages, such as kids with their buckets and spades, picnics, surfing, gliding, horse-racing, kite flying, rod fishing, sand yachting, football, beach cricket, sun bathing, strolling, etc etc . Not forgetting the wonderful scenery of the mountains of Mourne; ships in the offing; the Rock a’ Bill; Ben Head to the south, jutting out into the Irish sea. And all of this is free. It would not have been necessary to mention all of the above as two words would have adequately described it. Simply paradise.
