MONTHLY BOOK CLUB
A monthly book club meets once per month on the 3rd Monday of every month excluding bank holidays. The next meeting is Monday May 22nd, 8 PM to 10 PM, and we’ll be reviewing John Steinbeck’s ‘Travels with Charley’ and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s ‘Purple Hibiscus’. CRAFTY GATHERING
An Arty Crafty Gathering takes place Wednesday evenings 7.30pm to 9.30 PM. Fee is €5 and includes refreshments. Non-tutored. Participants bring their own projects to work on such as knitting, crochet, sewing, drawing, embroidery, tile mosaic work, felting etc.
WRITING GROUP
A Writing Group meets every Thursday morning from 10am to 12 Noon. €5 Fee; includes tea, coffee, biscuits, and buns. This group is for the aspiring or published writer of both poetry and prose. All levels of experience are welcomed, and participants will have the opportunity to gain feedback and critique on their work. Contact Lisa on 086 161 4465.

BALLROOM DANCING

GREENHILLS SUMMER CAMPS
Greenhills Summer Sports Camp will take place this year for two weeks: July 10th – 14th & July 17th – 21st. MOTOR NEURONE BALL 2017
The date for this year’s Summer Gala Ball is Friday 23rd June in the renowned Headfort Arms Hotel, Kells, Co. Meath. The evening commences with a prosecco reception at 7.30pm followed by dinner. The organisers have Miriam O’Callaghan as their MC for the night and back is Ronan Collins and his band to provide the music. There will be a raffle and auction on the night, lots of spot prizes.
