Louth Volunteers launch event

A special Drogheda launch of ‘ The Louth Volunteers 1916’ hosted by the Drogheda Civic Trust will take place in St Peter’s Church of Ireland hall on Peter Street on Thursday June 8 at 8pm. The book will be available on the night for €20.

Mayor Oliver Tully will present the Louth 1916 Commemorative Medal to members of Drogheda families with a 1916 legacy.

An overview of Drogheda and Easter 1916 will be given by Sean Collins MA.
