Cottage Market adds some poetry
THE DROGHEDA Cottage Market is back in action this Saturday, June 3 from 11am-4pm.
They have linked in with another Change X movement and are delighted to have Poetry in the Park rehome to the Cottage Market each month. They were invited to the Drogheda Arts Festival Cottage Market and it was a great success .
The community can now grab a coffee, listen to some local poets recite their works and check out all the local food , veg, and handmade crafts, jewellery , bespoke art and kiddies delights .
‘We also will host our first masterclass on Saturday next with a Fermentation workshop given by Ceili one of our local stall holders .Chrissy will share her knowledge on the techniques of making kimchi , kombucha, sauerkraut and sourdough bread and will give all a wee culture kit to take home . Booking is essential on our Facebook page for this masterclass,’ stated Eimear Cullen from the market.
