The local Tourism and Tidy Towns committee remind you to keep Monasterboice tidy this summer. The Monuments attract thousands of visitors each year and our beautiful parish is on show. Don’t discard litter recklessly and if someone else has, please pick it up.

Monthly Book Club–Meets once per month on a Monday evening. The next meeting is Monday, June 26th, 8 PM to 10 PM. We’’ll be reviewing ‘I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings’ by Maya Angelou. Cost is €5 per meeting which includes coffee, tea, biscuits, and buns. Contact Lisa on 086 161 4465.
Arty Crafty Gathering–Finished for the summer; will resume in September.
Writing Group–Every Thursday morning from 10 AM to 12 Noon. €5 Fee; includes tea, coffee, biscuits, and buns. This group is for the aspiring or published writer of both poetry and prose. GREENHILLS SUMMER CAMPS
Greenhills Summer Sports Camp will take place this year for two weeks: July 10th – 14th & July 17th – 21st. This year we have added two fantastic new activities; The Rodeo Bull Ride & The Wipeout Game- also known as The Last Man Standing.
