Friends of Collon Church hosting garden party

FRIENDS of Collon Church of Ireland are holding a garden party to raise funds for repairs to the roof of the Church.

It features a stunning ceiling, but it’s under threat from leaks and needs to be repaired.

Approximately €150,000 is needed to re-slate the roof to make it water tight.

The garden party will take place on this Saturday 17th June at Collon House from 2p.m. until 5p.m.

The Lourdes Brass Band will be playing and there will be lots of stalls and things to do for all the family. There will be a guided walk around historic Collon at 2p.m.

Everyone is welcome to come along and have a fun day with the family and you will be supporting a very worthy cause.
