Lily the golden girl at Nationals

TEN-YEAR-OLD Tenure schoolgirl Lily Sheeran scooped two gold medals at the IKKU National Championships in Claremont Stadium, Navan, on Saturday.

Lily, who faced strong competition in both the kumite and kata competitions, trains in and fights out of the IKKU Navan club run by Ronan and Jennifer Collins.
