Man (21) was driving without insurance
A MAN who drove without insurance and failed to produce his documents within ten days at a nominated garda station has been convicted, fined €500 and banned from driving for two years.
Denis Dunka (21) of Lia Breagha in Drogheda committed the offences at Moneymore in Drogheda on July 29th, 2016.
Garda Arthur O’Donoghue said he stopped the defendant who was driving the car and his insurance had expired on September 2015. He said the car tax had also expired.
Judge John Coughlan imposed the conviction and disqualification at Drogheda District Court.
