Remove Termon Abbey signs

THE ‘For Sale’ sign for houses at Termon Abbey on the Termonfeckin Road is to be taken down - even though some residents want it to remain up.

Cllr Pio Smith made the call at last week’s council meeting, asking for it to be removed.

Engineer Martina Sheeran said the council staff were ‘ looking at taking it down’, now that it was in the council’s charge. However, she was aware some people were not keen to see it removed.
