THE first round of the Special competition staged on Saturday in glorious sunshine saw some hot scoring.

Jane Fegan leads the way on 39 points, closely followed by Nora Gormley and Seana McGuinness on 38 points. Remaining in touch on 36 pts apiece come Noreen

Crichton, Catherine Woods and Marie Hollywood. The final round takes place next Saturday 24th June.

The weekly Thursday Open stableford competition continues on June 22nd.
