Winners of last weekend’s Monthly Medal 10th/11th of June are as follows: 1st Micheal Reilly with 68 points, 2nd Tadgh Lynch with 70 points and 3rd George Faulkner 71 points. The Midweek winner was Mick Foley with 20 points.

ALBION ROVES FOOTBALL CLUB

End of the school year Mass takes place on Thursday 22nd of June at 10am.

More altar society members required for our church. Maybe you have an interest in floristry and would like to share your gift at church. Contact Rosemary Russell or Sandra our sacristan.

Friday 7th of July Mass of thanksgivi­ng at 7.30pm followed by refreshmen­ts at the Parochial house weather permitting if not in the Parochial hall.

LOTTO RESULTS

Results for the Glen Emmets Lotto held Tuesday, 30th May April 2017. The Grand Prize Draw for €10,000 was held and there was no winner. The numbers drawn were: 4, 8, 25 & 27. The second draw for €3,600 was also held and there was a winner for that draw, the numbers drawn were: 3, 4, 10 & 20. Well done and congratula­tions to Neil Cooney on his win. The Lucky dip winners for €25 are as follows: Emma Bennet, Mary McCabe, Derek Morris & Patricia O’Brien. The Main Jackpot will remains at €10,000 until it is won and the second draw is now back to €1,000.

SLIMMING WORLD TIMES

Slimming World have two classes each week on Thursdays. The first class is 5pm and the second is 7pm. Why not head on down to the Glen Emmets Clubrooms and get on the right track.

MEN’S SHED

The Men’s Shed Tullyallen meet up every Tuesday and Friday mornings 10am till 1.00pm. This is open to all men in the Parish and surroundin­g areas. Everyone has something to offer the Shed they would be delighted to get new members on board. GLEN EMMETS CLUBROOMS

KELLOGS GAA CÚL CAMP 2017

The Glen Emmets will be hosting the Kellogs GAA Cúl Camp on 17th to 21st July. This was enormously successful over the last few years and it is great to have them coming back to our village. Booking started up on 1st March, so book your place early.

GREENHILLS SUMMER CAMP

Greenhills Summer Sports Camp will take place this year for two weeks: July 10th – 14th & July 17th – 21st. All enquires to 086-8386363.

HOSPICE HOMECARE SERVICE

The Drogheda Hospice Homecare Service would like to say a big thank you to everyone in the village who kindly donated on Sunflower day. They had a stand outside Mace in the village and were delighted with all the support from everyone in the village and surroundin­g areas.
