Alleged damage to supermarket
A YOUNG man who is alleged to have caused nearly € 2,300 worth of damage in a supermarket is to have his case heard in September.
Sean Bowes (20) of The Anchorage in Bettystown is charged with causing € 2,299.36 worth of damage to Donovan’s Supervalu in Bettystown on September 26th, 2016.
On hearing the alleged amount of damage, Judge John Coughlan accepted jurisdiction to have the case heard at District Court level.
He granted defence barrister Irene Sands a hearing date of September 15th.
