National sandcastle day on Bettystown beach

THE National Sandcastle and Sand Sculpturing Festival takes place at Bettystown beach on Sunday July 2nd - 10am to 5pm.

Sand Sculpturing Senior and Junior Competitions to start at 10am. Sandcastle Building Competition various age groups to start at 2pm. Judging for all categories takes place between 3pm and 4pm – Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in all categories in both the sculpturing and the sandcastle competitions.

Sandcastles €2 each (max 4 per team). Sculpturing Seniors €5 each (max 4 per team). Sculpturing Junior €2 each (max 4 per team).
