Treasured family pics stolen

A local family were left distraught after a laptop containing cherished pictures of a deceased family member was stolen from a home in McArdle Green in Moneymore.

The incident happened last Wednesday, June 28th between 9.30pm and 10.30am the following morning. The computer and a black wallet were stolen during the robbery. The laptop contained pictures of a relatives recently deceased twin sister and the family were devasted by the loss. It is understood that following a social media appeal the computer has now been returned.
