MR. T . MCCARTHY, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. McCarthy of 17 Mell, has received his Diploma in Municipal Authority at Westminister University, London.

Mr. McCarthy, who was home on holidays recently, is a native of Drogheda and was educated at the C.B.S., Drogheda, securing his Leaving Certificate with honours. He
