Series of summer walk and talk tours in Drogheda

The Summer Series of the Old Droghea Society’s Walk & Talks continue on Wednesday evening, July 5th, at 7.30 pm when Liam Reilly will lead a walk of the very interesting, William Street - King Street- Laurence Street area when he will speak on the following subjects Wine Haller St, Eamonn Campbell, Nano Reid’s Studio, Church Lane and it’s famous musicians, Freeschool Lane, TK Whitaker, Paradise Place, Harpur House, The Tooting Tower, Presbyterian Church, The Bishop’s Palace, St Laurence Gate, Featherbed Lane, Whitworth Hall, Drogheda Grammar School, the Franciscan Church, Kaysers Lane and Rosemary Lane.

The walk departs from outside the Barbican Centre at 7.30 pm There is no set charge but small donations to the Old Drogheda Society will be accepted. All Welcome.
