GYMNASTIC FUNTASTIC

Summer Camp takes place in July around local towns and villages.

It will take place in Dunleer from the 24th to the 28th. The first group, age 3 to 8 is from 10 am to 12 pm and second group age 8 to 15 is from 12 until 2 pm.

BOOTCAMP

Starting Monday, July 10th until September 1st in the Lannleire Pavillon. 8 Weeks circuit training, boxing, kettlebells and core workouts three times a week. Times: Mondays; 6.00PM to 7.00PM, Wednesdays; 7.00 Pm to 8.00PM and Fridays; 6.30AM to 7.30AM and AND 6.00PM to 7.00PM. The full price is €120. DUNLEER GOLF SOCIETY

The next outing of the Dunleer Golf Society will be The Memorial Trophy at Balbriggan GC on Saturday, July 15th, 2017 and will be sponsored by Halpenny Golf, Drogheda.

Saturday, August 12th from 11.00 am. The Mass will be celebrated this year with special memories of recently deceased Fr Colm Mathews who attended so many times down through the years.

EVENING OF MUSIC

The end of this month sees the Dunleer Community Development Boards annual evening of music which takes place at the Market House on Friday, July 28th. Tickets are on sale now at and the Market House. You can contact the Market House by phone on 0899854278 or email info@themarkethouse.ie.

MC for the night Noel Cunningham, star of TV and radio. Entertainment is Stephen Callan, Fiddler Adam, comedian Gary Gamble and the main act of the night Gloria. Gloria is well known for her hit song “One Day at a Time” which spent a record-breaking 90 weeks in the Irish charts.

MEN’S SHED

The Men’s Shed is a space in our community where men can come together to find meaning, purpose, friendship and belonging.

It’s a place where men can share their skills and knowledge with others, learn new skills or redevelop old skills. Good health is based on many factors including feeling good about yourself, being productive and valuable to your community and it is in the Coach House of the Market House, Main Street Dunleer was this group meet every Tuesday morning from 10 am. All men are welcome to join, why not pop in for a cup of tea and find out more.

For losing weight without feeling hungry you can join slimming world in Dunleer. Classes are held in the Lann Leire Pavilions every Wednesday at 5.30 and 7.30 pm.

CLAYOTIC SUMMER CAMP

Clayotic is the first Irish brand of modeling clay!.

Modeling theme is ‘Dunleer’s and takes place from July 31st until August 4th in the Lannleire Pavilion. From ages 5 go 11. Bring a 3d scene each week, bring a model home each day Includes 3D model, 2D picture, Puppet, moving model and pencil topper. The price is €100 per child.

GYMNASTICS

LOURDES PILGRIMAGE

GREENHILLS CAMP

The Greenhills summer sports Camp will take place this year for two weeks: July 10th to the 14th and July 17th to the 21st.

This year they have added two fantastic new activities; The Rodeo Bull Ride & The Wipeout Game- also known as The Last Man Standing.
