5k Heritage Run

AFTER a very successful inaugral year in 2016 the 5k Heritage Run, hosted by Rossin Rovers AFC, returns on Sunday 27th August 2017.

Anyone taking part can enjoy a challenging but enjoyable run or walk in the heart of the Boyne Valley in County Meath.

The race route takes participantspast he world famous UNESCO World Heritage site that is Newgrange Passage Tomb and the scenery along the way is breathtaking.

The event has been organised to raise funds for Rossin Rovers AFC, a local club who complete in the North East Football League. It is open to runners, joggers and walkers.

You can choose to be chip timed or not.

Refreshments will be available afterwards in Dolly Mitchell’s pub which is under 1km from the finish line.
