Classy Cooley clinch U14 title

COOLEY U14 Girls landed the U14 B League last week in the O’Connells pitch Castlebellingham.

Taking on a formidable Dowdallshill/Roche outfit the Cooley girls won the match by 4-15 to 1-5.

The displayed great teamwork and sportsmanship throughout.

Dowdallshill/Roche put up a tough challenge in the first half and the scoreline was quite tight at half time but Cooley proved too strong and scored superbly in the second half. Cooley team and scorers were were as follows: Trinity Larkin, Shauna Ward-Rice, Emily McGrath (1-0), Rebecca Hanlon, Ciara Donnelly, Leah Magee (1-1).
