‘Scumbag’ dumper is warned
A SERIAL dumper has been branded a ‘scumbag’ for littering at an area between Mary Street and Old Hill.
And local residents are so fed up, they’ve posted a sign in the middle of the mess, warning the individual that he or she is being watched.
They have urged the person to dump rubbish at the recycling centre and not in the neighbourhood.
‘Stop fly-tipping and do the decent thing. Have some respect,’ the sign reads.
Large bags of household rubbish are now littering the area and have been there for weeks.
