Miss Aggie O’Grady was a stunning actress

THOSE associated with St Brigid’s Drama Group might know more about Miss Aggie O’Grady. I believe she was a stunning local actress.

She worked in Brady’s on West Street at one time.

She was also a prominent member of the Drogheda Musical Society and in their most famous production “The Desert Song “scored a remarkable success as the girl “Asuri.”

She left to live in Finglas in the 1960s and at that time, Michael Byrne, producer of the St. Brigid’s Group, said that they lost their best member.

I wonder did she continue her career in Dublin?
