Dunleer ace takes silver

JACK Boylan’s silver medal performance was the highlight for Dunleer AC at Morton Stadium on Sunday as the National Senior & Junior Track & Field Championships took place.

Jack Boylan had a great run in the Junior Men’s 3,000m at the Santry venue to finish second, just two tenths of a second behind the winner, crowning a super season in which he has run very well in both track and road events.

Emma Cheshire had a great day at the Nationals also, finishing eighth in the Senior Ladies long jump.
