Road markings in poor state
In response to the poor condition of traffic road markings at many of Drogheda’s busiest road junctions Councillor Paul Bell has called on Louth County Council engage the services of a road marking company to reinstate scrubbed or worn markings.
“I have to say I never seen road markings in such poor condition at the busiest of junctions which is most disconcerting for motorists and all road users including pedestrians and tourists. In the interest of public safety I have insisted that Council carry out an audit traffic signage and road signage for the purpose of reinstating”, Bell concuded
