Arson at garage

Gardaí in Ardee are investigating an incident of arson at a car garage in Ardee recently.

The incident happened in the early hours of Saturday, July 2nd at Ardee Auto Services on the Drogheda Road.

During the incident a person or persons entered the yard and a number of cars were set alight.

Gardaí are asking anyone who may have been out for the evening on Friday night and who saw something that may be of interest to contact gardaí in Ardee.

A significant amount of damage was caused to both the garage and a number of vehicles onsite.
