The winning scramble team were Greg Hoey, Ray Mc Kenna and Pat Gorman, Nearest the pin winners were Owen Campbell on Hole 6 and Owen Smith on Hole 13 and the Hole-in-one prizes were won by Brendan Walker, Owen Smith and Greg Hoey.

There was a special presentati­on on the night to the Captain himself. Tommy was presented with honarary membership of the club in recognitio­n of the many years of enthusiast­ic commitment, loyal dedication and service he has given to MacBride, and continues to provide 28 years later.

The many compliment­ary comments expressed about the wonderful condition of MacBride pitch & Putt course are in a large part a result of the hard work Tommy puts in on a daily basis. Well done Tommy!
