Reverse the plastic bottle bin ban

IT is hard to believe that Louth County Council have closed their bottle banks to plastic bottles.

At a time when we should be encouraging recycling - we seem to be doing the opposite.

The issue of putting the bottles into the green bin only means its filling up quicker.

This move will lead to wholesale dumping of plastics.
