Safety measures needed at the bottom of Pitcher Hill

-

IT has a wonderful community garden and overhanging briars were recently cut, but it seems there’s another problem at the foot of the Pitcher Hill steps.

The area here, just at the start of Barrack Lane, is very tight, and that’s for all concerned, walkers and drivers.

An issue has arisen with parking at the bottom of the steps and that means people have to walk out from behind vehicles into the path of cars driving up the hill.

There is a call for bollards to be erected to help with the situation.
