HERITAGE WEEK EVENT
In keeping with the theme of this years Heritage Week which is ‘Nature and People’, an event called ‘Creatures of the Night’ will be held in Teach Raithneach on Friday 25th August. Further information later.

Congratulations to Gerard Shevlin and Alicia Bulter who welcomed a baby boy in Perth Australia recently. Sean Gerard Shevlin arrived on the 24th of July weighing 7lb 1oz. Sean is their third child, they have two girls Alice & Annie. G’day ti ya mate!

FELTING FOR TEENAGERS
Something for the arty teenager! Thurs 13th July 2.30–4. 30 pm. Cost €10. Learn how to make a picture through Wet Felting. We will show you how you can easily work with felt wool using a wide range of fabulous colours. It’s a good idea. to have an idea of what you would like to do, before you begin. PRIDE OF PLACE JUDGING
The Pride of Place Judge will visit Broomfield & District on Thursday 10th August at around 2 pm. Please do what you can to achieve a positive outcome.
