Mickey The Butcher at Drumshallon Forge night

HAVE to give a big mention to the people at Drumshallon Forge Heritage Centre on the Ballymakenny Road.

They have organised a big Country and Western night this Friday, August 18th, starting at 8pm and they’d love to see country fans from the entire area come out.

Mickey the Butcher is providing the music and the admission is €10 at the door and refreshments served.

The forge is just north of Piperstown and is a wonderful facility in the heart of the country, just outside Drogheda.

The whole place has taken shape in recent years and it has a very big future.

At the moment it caters for a wide variety of activities throughout the week.
