Volunteers out and about cleaning up the Chord Road/ Francis Street area
THE community around the Chord Road are a wonderful bunch.
They recently held a massive clean up around Francis St, Oulster lane, Sandyford terrace, Thomas St and Chord road, organised by the Chord Road and Environs Residents Association.
‘CRERA would like to thank all our wonderful team who helped to make our streets clean again,’ they state.
However, they couldn’t do much with the storm drains as they are blocked and overgrown, but they have forwarded images to Louth CC in the hope of getting something done.
