Death of Desmond Berrill (17)

Profound regret has been occasioned by the death of Mr. Desmond Berrlll, Dowth, Drogheda, which occurred on Thursday morning of last week when he was in collision with a car while on his way to work at the excavations at Knowth Caves.

Deceased, who was only 17, was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Berrill, and wag a member of a large family, being survived by five sisters and two brothers.

Very Rev. L. Fagan, P.P., Slane, celebrated Requiem Mass for the repose of his soul in Monknewtown Church.
