Tennis title for Helen Doody

Drogheda girl, Miss Helen Doody, of Verona, Moneymore, who, playing for Loreto, Stephen’s Green, won the senior girl’s singles title at the Leinster Junior Tennis Championships at Lansdowne on Saturday. Miss Doody, who beat the reigning champion, Catherine /O’Reilly, after a battle lasting over two hours, is a members of the Lourdes Tennis Club.
