SENIOR CITIZENS
Duleek Senior Citizen’s Outings Committee will hold their Annual Summer Outing on Sunday the 13th August. The bus will leave from the village green, Duleek at 1pm sharp. There will be a short tour followed by a four course meal along with dancing, music and plenty of craic. The bus will return to Duleek for 7pm approx. Anyone wishing to travel are asked to please be on time so we can keep to our time table. Looking forward to seeing all our old friends and hopefully some new ones. LIBRARY EVENTS
Duleek Library are hosting a number of events as part of their summer programme for August 2017. Events are free of charge unless otherwise indicated. Places are limited so please book at the library if interested in any of the events:
Children’s Summer Reading Scheme – Summer Stars! For children aged 6 to 12 years of age. Join the summer reading challenge at your local library. Games Activity Hour takes place every Saturday from 11am until 12pm for ages 6 – 12years. Come along for an hour of board games and activity sheets.
Library Treasure Hunt! Find our summer star characters that we have hidden In the library. Take down the letters and form a word to enter. Join our competition for a chance to win a craft pack. The winner will be announced at the end of the month. Entry forms available at the desk. Summer Book Report fill in our book report form on your favorite book. The best ones will be displayed in the library!
Stories Songs and Crafts for the under 6’s takes place Thursday 17th of August at 3:30pm from 4-6 years of age. An adult must attend with the child. Booking is essential for all events. Contact the library for more information!

Duleek/Bellewstown Active Retirement would like to advise that there will be no further Meetings or Bowls until the first Tuesday and Wednesday of September.
WOMEN’S FORUM
Duleek Women’s Forum are running a trip to Knock on Thursday 17th of August leaving the village green at 8am. All enquiries to Ann on 041-9823415.
SKATEPARK!
Skatepark, outdoor recreation area for teenagers. The consultation/ workshop with Cllr Sharon Keogan and Cllr Stephen McKee is now on Thursday 24th August at 7pm at Unit 5, The Maudlins. Could all teenagers and parents please make effort to attend.
GFC DRIVE IN BINGO
Duleek Bellewstown GFC Drive in Bingo takes place in Bellewstown racecourse on Sunday 13th of August at 3pm. There is over €3000 to be won in prize money! All are welcome!
