New appointment at DNG Brady
DNG Brady in Peter St, Drogheda are delighted to announce the appointment of Declan O’Neill MIPAV MCEI to their property team. Declan will be joining the team as a senior residential and commercial sales negotiator.
Originally from Duleek and now based in Ardcath, Declan has established himself as a leading property advisor in Drogheda, Duleek and all the surrounding areas over the course of the past 15 years. Declan has a wealth of experience in the north east and previously worked in the residential and commerical property business. He recently negotiated the leasing of the market plaza building to MTI Global Services, which is the biggest property deal to have occurred in the area in recent years and created over 100 new jobs for Drogheda. Declan is also on the board of directors of Drogheda Homeless Aid.
Welcoming Declan to the team, DNG Brady MD Donal Brady said his appointment means they will now be able to offer customers a combined experience of 50 years in the industry and this coupled with the DNG brand means your properties will be getting the highest exposure, both locally and nationwide.
Donal said the property market has definitely turned a corner with demand for both new and second hand property and an all time high.
