Ruby Wax brings her one woman show to town

AMERICAN comedian, author and campaigner Ruby Wax is bringing her show ‘Frazzled’ to Drogheda on Monday November 6th (8pm).

Following sell-out shows around Britain, and a monthlong run at Leicester Square Theatre in London, the much loved comedian, is coming to Ireland for a handful of shows.

Outrageously witty, smart and accessible, Ruby’s evening explores a scientific solution to modern problems: mindfulness, based on her latest best-selling book, A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled. The ultimate guide to saner living: Ruby gives a tour of the mind and how to use it, not lose it.

Ruby is a writer of incredibly successful books and TV shows including script editor of ‘Absolutely Fabulous’. She has a Masters degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy from Oxford University.

She will talk candidly about her own depression but she can still play it for laughs. The conversation is friendly, easy, occasionally hilarious, and sometimes deep and meaningful.

She has become a leading speaker on mental issues including appearances at The Home Office, MI5, Apple, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Merril Lynch, Bank of America, Downing Street, the House of Lords and Google.
