Taste of Togher in Annagassan

THE Taste of Togher celebration takes place in Annagassan village on Saturday September 23rd next from 12-5pm.

It promises to be a memorable day and a real celebration of local heritage and food.

The events planned include a Viking Village - a throwback to the origins of the village, a stronghold of the Norsemen in the past.

There is also a craft fair taking place, along with an artisan food village.

There is traditional Irish music planned and cookery and gin making demos. A range of local craft beers and cider can also be sampled.
