Two houses broken into

GARDAI are investigating following two separate burglaries in the local area in recent days.

The first incident happened last Tuesday, September 19th when a property on Strand Street in Clogherhead was broken into. The burglary happened sometime between 9.30am and 4.30pm. A Samsung Galaxy S4 phone and a small quantity of jewellery was stolen and a number of rooms in the property were ransacked.

The second break-in happened on Thursday, September 21st at around 8pm in the evening.

A house in the Greenhills area of Drogheda was broken into and a small quantity of cash was taken.
