Casual trading bye-laws set to be reviewed

A call went out for the local authority to review the casual trading bye-laws.

Cllr. Tomas Sharkey submitted a motion asking for Louth County Council to carry out the review, particularly in relation to the number and locations of casual trading bays.

CEo Joan Martin said that a general review of the Casual trading bye-laws will be considered in 2018 with a view to aligning bye-laws across the county.
