I ALWAYS knew Ian Harte was a top players and now I have the facts to back it up.

Sky Sports were doing a feature on defenders recently and it transpires that Ian, the Newfield man and former Leeds and Ireland star, is the joint third highest defender for goal assists in the history of the Premier League.

Leighton Baines leads with 50 and Graham Le Saux has 44, but Ian is on 36 with Andy Hinchcliffe.
