Columbarium Wall for Duleek

A CALL has been made for a columbarium wall (right) to be placed at the graveyard in Duleek.

A columbarium is a place for the respectful storage of cinerary urns, holding a deceased’s cremated remains.

‘People have suggested it to me and it could be added to the graveyard,’ Cllr Sharon Keogan told a meeting of the area council in Duleek.

She said there could be funding available for such a project from the Indaver scheme. ‘We’ll work with the council on a design,’ she added.
